Does your machine have 2 air filters? There are two kinds of inner air filters. Wire mesh filters can be cleaned with a mild solvent and reinstalled, as long as the rubber seal is intact. Paper or cloth filters should be replaced in line with your recommended service intervals outlined in the manual for your machine, typically 2 years or 500-1000 hours, whichever occurs first.
