Alberto was exceptionally professional and very knowledgeable about the products being installed and was helpful in planning my next project. The office staff needs to understand how the process works because I was led to believe once I got the quote I would have the person available to do the work right then and there, it was done later the same day but it would have made things a lot smoother but otherwise I would recommend them to everyone!!

Fidelity National Warranty dispatched SameDay Appliance & Electric to respond to a claim. I saw the claim go through on my FNW account and within a few hours someone from SameDay called me to schedule my appointment. They dispatched a Technician named Noel and he was right on time. He was very knowledgeable without being arrogant. Very kind. He took his time answering and explaining every question that I had and taught me a few things about what to look out for and preventative things to do with my GFCI circuits, which I appreciate as a homeowner. He was responsive, timely, respectful and courteous. I highly recommend his expertise!
