A customer in Carson City, Nevada, contacted LightObject for help with a dual-head CO2 laser machine equipped with a Trocen TL5269 controller and CCD vision system.

I am still in China overseeing the production of a pipe cutter. I've run a “2-in-1” system before (flatbed + pipe cutter), but this time I am working on a standalone pipe cutter. I need to make sure I know enough to support my customers.

This is a two-chuck system with 3000W laser power. The chuck size is 240 mm, which means that it supports up to 9 in. pipes.

Without the add-on features, the regular system supports round, square, rectangular, oval, and L. If you need to cut an “I” beam, “T”, or “H”, you need a special module (software). And the operation will be more complicated.
