This is the time to remember and honor the brave service members who gave everything for our nation. May their courage, sacrifice, and dedication never be forgotten.

As National Construction Safety Week comes to a close, we are proud to reflect on the many ways our teams brought safety to the forefront, both on and off the jobsite.

One of the highlights was our custom safety coloring book, designed to help teach the next generation about the importance of staying safe. Seeing our employees’ children coloring the pages, asking questions, and learning about safety in their own way was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do every day.

Safety is not just a jobsite priority. It extends to our families, our homes, and our future.

Thank you to everyone who participated this week and helped reinforce what it means to truly live a safety-first culture!

During National Construction Safety Week, one of our general foremen took a different approach to the morning safety talk by sharing a safety-focused poem with the crew.

It was simple, but powerful. The message hit home in a way that standard reminders sometimes do not. It created a moment where everyone paused, reflected, and reconnected with why safety matters, not just for ourselves, but for our families waiting at home.

Sometimes it is not about saying something new, but saying it in a way that sticks.
We encourage others across the industry to try this on at least one of your jobsites. You might be surprised at the impact a few meaningful words can have.

If you give it a try, comment below and tell us about your experience. And if this resonates, share it with others in the industry. Let’s spread the word and continue building a stronger safety culture together.

Happy Construction Safety Week from Rex Moore!

This year’s theme is All In Together - Recognize, Respond, Respect – a call to action which provides the industry with a five year plan that aims to deepen the culture of care throughout all aspects of the construction industry.

Here at Rex Moore, we take all of these three principles to heart.
We recognize.
We respond.
We respect.

That’s why we are consistently rated as one of the safest electrical construction companies in the industry with some of the lowest loss records. We’re excited to highlight some of the meaningful ways our employees demonstrated the importance of safety this week - stay tuned!

Happy National Apprenticeship Week from Rex Moore!

We’re celebrating the incredible impact they bring to the industry by shining a spotlight on our amazing apprentices we have this year. Apprenticeships open doors that create opportunities to build real skills, earn while you learn, and develop the next generation of skilled professionals. From the jobsite to the classroom, apprentices are shaping the future of our industry every day.

We’re proud to support and invest in apprenticeship programs that strengthen our workforce and our communities. This week, we’re excited to highlight some of our own apprentices and hear what being an apprentice means to them along with sharing a few fun facts along the way!

Here’s what Joshua, Jayden, Daniel, and Vance have to share about their experience and they skills they developed!

Last week was our Annual Leadership Conference at Rex Moore, and the largest one to date!

One thing we truly pride ourselves on is continuous improvement. We believe that training is one of the most valuable skills anyone can have, and that investing in our people and their future is essential to our success.

From safety updates and project strategies to HR compliance and more, our leaders came together to learn, grow, and share ideas. While we may work in different locations, this time together always reminds us that we are one team.

Cheers to a successful conference! And a special thank you to everyone who worked behind the scenes to make it happen and to those who presented!
