Construction Resources Group is growing, and we’re looking to add a Structural Steel Estimator to our team! This is a full-time, salaried position with excellent benefits and the opportunity to work in a supportive, family-owned environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for structural & misc. steel projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Perform material takeoffs and labor calculations
• Coordinate with project managers, detailers, vendors, and clients
• Track and manage multiple bids simultaneously
• Assist in bid submissions and project handoffs
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in structural & misc. steel estimating (preferred), detailing, and/or project management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings and specs
• Proficiency in estimating software (Tekla, EPM, Bluebeam etc.) and Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills and deadline driven
