We at Grace Manufacturing produce a wide variety of high-precision, thin metal parts and instruments for numerous industries including medical, automotive, aerospace, nuclear, house wares and even wood working. Housed within our facility in Russellville, Arkansas are:

• 5 Lasers rated at 2000 watts CW (Continuous Wave) capable of cutting metals up to 1/2 inch thick. Depending upon the optics used

, the width of cut will be at .006” or .010”.

• 6 Wire EDMs (Electronic Discharge Machine) maintaining a tolerance of up to +/- .0002".

• 9 Etchers with full-time chemical technicians who monitor and maintain proper chemical concentration levels. More consistent etch rates are achieved providing improved accuracy and lower costs.

• 5 Injection Molding machines, one dedicated to prototype parts.

• Vacuum Heat Treat oven.

• Expanded environmentally controlled assembly area.

• Other in-house processes include: Engineering Support, Laser Marking & Welding, Packaging, Forming, Soldering, Finishing (Bead & Sand Blast,Tumble, Timesave & Scrubber), Passivation, Grinding, Pickling, Blackening, Spot Welding, Stamping.
