🔥 Critical Welding Company — Staying Busy, Building Strong! 🔥

Sorry we haven’t been posting as much lately! We’ve been keeping busy in the shop and out in the field, tackling a variety of projects.

This pump was already repair attempted when I recieved it. But we worked on the aluminum cast diesel pump repair, no leaks under pressure and fabricated heavy-duty telescopic supports using increment welds for a large structural project. 💪⚙️

We’ve got more projects in the works, so stay tuned over the next few days for more updates, fabrication work, and welding repairs!

At Critical Welding Company, we take pride in quality workmanship, dependable service, and getting the job done right.

We recently completed multiple re-welds, structural repairs, and custom fabrication on this skid steer grapple attachment. The original attachment was brought into our shop by the customer and required extensive repair and rebuilding.
We essentially rebuilt the attachment to restore its strength, functionality, and serviceability, addressing the original welds and fabricating new components where needed.
Here are a few photos of the work.

Started off the week fast and humble! Here's today's job. Thankful for the business and support from the community!

Updating a shaker table and mulcher to a blower for maximized operation at a local sawmill. This will only handle sawdust byproduct instead of large lumber.

The mulcher will be relocated soon.

We knocked out a couple of projects over the weekend and this morning.

🔧 Trimmer Tooth Installation: Installed 700 teeth on a log trimmer to improve performance, grip, and cutting efficiency during the milling process.

🔥 Cast Iron Repair: Completed a specialized cast iron repair on an older cooking cauldron, restoring it for continued use.

From large production equipment to specialty repairs, small fixes, to large projects. Critical Welding Company is equipped to handle the job.

You break it, we bond it.

Strong welds. Solid solutions. Built to last.

Performed an emergency call for the local sawmill this morning. Their mulcher was spewing sawdust all over the conveyor guards, belts, and the foundation. Needless to say it was an unnecessary hazard. We got them fixed up in no time. Here are some photos
