I enjoy everything from prototyping and small runs to restoring equipment and antiques. I have a well equipped shop and can do more for less due to little overhead. If you have something that needs done let me know, I'll be honest and upfront with you.

Getting alot closer to firing up the YZ450F. The swingarm has been rebuilt and installed along with the engine and rebuilt forks.

Some progress on the yz450f. As suspected the swingarm that was put on at the other shop was installed with completely destroyed bearings and no grease. The link bearings are also shot so I replaced them while waiting on new swingarm bearings. Also Installed new front and rear brake pads.

The forks are removed and almost tore down for inspection,new seals,and fluid.

All cleaned up inside and out. .mostly re assembled. Good thing I checked the last shops work...piston ring installed upside down as well as other mistakes. Everything should be ok now.

Next will be to pull the swingarm as I suspect issues there as well. Then the engine can go back in the frame.

Been waiting to start on this one for a while. This is a 2011 YZ450f. It came to my shop after another local shop (not gonna name them) botched the engine rebuild. The customer got the bike back with dirty oil full of metal and not running after the rebuild. They couldn't start it, and thats good, as it would have been catastrophic.

I did the diag on it and found why it wouldn't start and the other damage. The customer didn't want to invest any more into the bike so I bought it as a project. Now its time to fix it!

Engine is out and tore down. Next is cleaning and close inspection.

Got the Honda Rancher engine out and split. Got some worn out transmission parts in there.

Also installed a new blower/grass catcher on this S**g mower. Just in time for the leafs to fall.

New inverter board installed in the WEN generator. It is making great power again and ready for the next outage.

Got the YZ250 fired up the other day. Next up is the fork rebuilds. Waiting on a few parts for them.
