Got the teardown on this YZ250 underway today. It lost coolant and had a literal meltdown. It had a big bore kit in it and is getting a slightly larger one installed. Going to do some preventive maintenance and rebuild the water pump while its here. A fork rebuild is a possibility afterwards as well.

Busy as usual, lol. Lots of projects completed and gone. Been working on this 17 RzR XP1000. It is getting a suspension rebuild on all 4 corners as well as brakes,wheel bearings,and new axles. The prop shaft was also replaced as it was shot. It will be like new when I am done.

The new camshafts for the 426F came in and I got it fired up today. Now to finish putting it together and continue the break in process so it can go home.

Been a bit since posting but here is the ExMark mower running again. Had to pull the engine and replace the lower cover gasket and crankshaft seal. Also fixed a bunch of other issues including the brakes, pto, transaxle idler, and a bad connection causing intermittent charging.

Next batch waiting for repairs. The YZ426F is as far as it can go until the oil pump comes in.

Working on the Kohler again and determined the pushrods were bent due to bad gas seizing both intake valves in the guide...

Working on the Kohler again and determined the pushrods were bent due to bad gas seizing both intake valves in the guides. They had to be persuaded out. heads are off and parts are ordered to get this one going again.
