Keeping equipment running and making it stronger than before! 🔥💪🏼

This shaker screen had broken main supports, so we beefed everything up with thicker steel and additional gussets. Went ahead and reinforced the other side while we were there instead of waiting for it to fail too!

Finished it off by building a custom motor cover to keep the loader from accidentally damaging the motor.

Wide open and getting it done today! 🔥💪

Started off repairing a broken and bent grapple arm. Got everything straightened back out, welded up, and added extra reinforcement to help keep it from happening again!

Next up was a trailer that sees work EVERY DAY! The expanded metal on the gate was peeling up, tubing supports were broken, and the handles needed attention. Instead of putting it back together the same way, we upgraded it with heavy-duty steel grating and added angle iron between the tubing for extra strength and durability. Also added rubber bumpers to the bottom side to top it off!

There’s a difference between fixing something and fixing it to LAST! 💪

Another busy week! Got this PTO-powered rotary tiller finished up today and ready to be put back to work. Built up all the tiller tines and added hardfacing for extra wear resistance and longer service life.

It was a wide-open weekend at Blackburn MetalWorx, knocking out repairs, fabrication, and getting equipment ready to go back to making money Monday morning. 💪🏼

•Everything pre-fabbed and ready to install on a shaker this week
•Another excavator windshield guard built, hinged, and installed
•Another box of mulching teeth sharpened and ready to tear back into it
•Custom truck boom saddle built with countersunk Allens in UHMW and ready for install
•Finished the weekend getting a head start on adding wear bars to another bucket

When your equipment makes you money, downtime costs you money. We’re here to keep it working.

Busy weekend. Full week ahead. Wouldn’t have it any other way. 🤘🏼🙏

Don’t throw money at new teeth before you get all the life out of the ones you have. Sharp teeth = better cutting, better performance, and less strain on your machine.

Got a call yesterday afternoon asking if there was any way I could make and paint a sign and installed before their grand opening and ribbon cutting tomorrow morning. ABSOLUTELY!

It was short notice, but I made sure to make it happen. That’s what running a business is about—taking care of your customers and getting the job done when they need you.

A business sent me two 5-ft sections of worn auger to see what I could do. Heated and formed cold-rolled steel over the worn flights and welded them solid.

10 ft turned into 300 ft from 3 locations. 💪🏼🔥
