Since joining Chance Materials at the start of this year, Dustin Frazier has quickly proven to be one of the most valuable members of our team. As our batchman, Dustin’s attention to detail, precision, and work ethic have been crucial to the smooth and successful operation of our day-to-day processes. With over 7 years of experience in the concrete industry and more than 6 years specializing as a batchman, Dustin has brought both technical expertise and a level of reliability that has greatly enhanced our team’s performance.

From managing complex batching processes to ensuring the highest quality of materials, Dustin’s contributions go far beyond the job description. He plays an essential role in maintaining our reputation for quality and efficiency, and his ability to anticipate and solve challenges before they arise has been a major asset to our operations.
