Question, why do some hourly paid employees work with a less sense of urgency’s? I’m talking even their walking pace? I’m not debating their performance. Is it just a human trait like in you can’t change a leopards spots or a zebras stripes? Can anyone just try to keep up with me or is it just a passing time for money thing? I’m not questioning a persons character; but it saddens me to think how soft when it comes to making an honest days wage for an honest days work how people have become. Call me old school. When I started out, I worked for others as if it was the same as if it was my own company and took pride - and the divends paid off ten-fold. Today it’s like everywhere we go good service is hard to find. Is it insanity that I’m looking for those liked minded who have the hustle in their steps to hire? - I can teach them the rest. It’s plain and clear how we’ve done all we can do to the point of being invited to channel 4 studios to talk about our actual trade shool opening called SAFTI-TECH. We have endless work. Our goal is to help others start a great “earn as you learn” paid-apprenticeship skilled trades 6-figure career. - so, if you know anyone please share.. Run Forest Run! (End of rant)- Luvg
