Stop struggling with compacted RAP piles. 🛠️

Kenco Engineering serrated edges are engineered to deliver a greater bite and longer wear life than traditional cutting edges.

Why operators are making the switch:

Superior Pe*******on: The serrated design powers through RAP, gravel, and frozen materials.
Tungsten Carbide Tough: Impregnated wear surfaces stand up to the most abrasive jobs.
Maximum Uptime: Engineered for less maintenance and consistent performance over time.

We’re hearing incredible feedback from customers on the boost in productivity and durability. Watch the video to see them dominate in real working conditions.

🔊 TURN UP THE VOLUME! 🔊

If you’re a plant manager, you likely dread that sound. It’s the unmistakable noise of your drag chain slats and floor liners dropping into an open drop gate, a sure sign of premature wear on your equipment.

We have the fix. Kenco Engineering has developed an economical Drop Gate Liner Door Kit to solve this exact problem.

How it protects your equipment:
⚙️ Creates a protective bridge along the edges, preventing the slats and chain from dropping.
⚙️ Establishes a completely level, continuous path for the chain to travel.
⚙️ Pairs seamlessly with our door liner modification (check out the video!) for a smooth transition from the drop gate to the floor liners.

The result? Smoother operations and an end to premature wear and tear.

🛠️ Protect your drag floor and extend wear life with Kenco Slat Corner Protectors

The Kenco Slat Corner Protector PT 4458 is designed to prevent excessive wear on slat corners. Without protection, slat corners can wear down to a five to six inch radius on each end. This reduces the effective width of the drag floor by ten to twelve inches and creates a deep wear trough in the center of the floor plate. Over time, this leads to premature failure while the outer edges remain at full thickness.

By protecting the slat corners, Kenco helps maintain even wear across the entire drag floor, extending service life and reducing costly repairs.

It is just one more example of how Kenco solutions deliver the lowest cost per ton and some of the best wear life available for your equipment.

🔩 Another satisfied crushing customer

A customer in northwestern Pennsylvania had been replacing crusher liners every year due to excessive wear. After installing Kenco Tungsten Carbide Impregnated liners, they have now completed two full crushing seasons, processing over 40,000 tons, with impressive results.

In the photo shown, the failed OEM liner is displayed next to the Kenco Tungsten Carbide Impregnated liner. The Kenco liner is positioned at the bottom of the apron, an area that typically experiences significantly more wear than the liners above it, making the performance gains even more notable.

If you are looking to reduce liner replacements and minimize your winter maintenance workload, contact your local Kenco sales representative to review the high wear areas of your plant and explore longer wear life solutions.
