Sometimes our weld repairs are quick ones! This is a piece of yard art that snapped in half due to age and only small tack welds, we cleaned up the material as best we could and solid welded it back together so it can continue its life on for many more years!

Knocked out a cross member repair for a client over the weekend on a tilt bed trailer that someone left the jack too low, hit something and bent the cross member pretty badly. We didn’t have the channel in stock so we used square tube and plated it to box it in before re attaching the jack and giving it a quick paint job.

The weather gave us a break this weekend so we were able to get this railing repair and custom fabricated gate job wrapped up! The rail has been straightened and has new main posts, the gate was custom fabricated to close off the stairs.

We had a client design his own removable winch mount for his car trailer, nice quick job with only welding required! A few layers of 7018 later and it’s good to go! Don’t forget we offer trailer, construction equipment and agricultural equipment repairs! Fully mobile and servicing all of MD, and parts of PA & WV!

Another Mobile AG equipment repair knocked out over the weekend, quoted Friday, welded Saturday. This scrapper blade had two badly cracked welds, we ground out the old welds back to base metal, put in a 6010 root and layered out with 11018H4R to give it some added strength. Old metal like this can be a pain to weld if you don’t know how to work with it, but this repair came out great!

Don’t forget we also repair rails as well! This rail got bent due to storm damage and had 3 rotted main posts that were rusting out at the concrete. The railing was removed for repairs at our shop and the concrete was cleaned, patched and left to cure until the railing is repaired and the new custom gate is fabricated! Check back to see the final results!
