Are you working with a pumping system partner who truly understands the demands of energy infrastructure?

In these environments, pumping systems aren’t just support equipment. They directly impact safety, operations, and long-term performance.

The right partner designs for real-world demands from the start:
• High-temperature applications like HRSG blowdown
• Integrated controls that align with plant operations
• Complete documentation for smoother project delivery
• Materials selected for harsh industrial conditions
• Built-in safety features for operators and maintenance
• Fully customized solutions for complex facilities

Because in energy applications, it’s not just about meeting flow rates—it’s about designing systems around the site, the process, and the people who rely on them every day.

That’s where long-term performance is built.

A growing residential footprint requires infrastructure that can scale.

Romtec Utilities partnered with LGI Homes to deliver a complete wastewater pump station supporting 853 residential lots across two developments in Bremerton, WA. The system was designed to accommodate multi-phase expansion while meeting Kitsap County standards and long-term municipal ownership requirements.

From upsizing the force main to managing site constraints, this project highlights how thoughtful design-build coordination can support large-scale residential growth.

If you’re on a federally funded project, you’ve probably asked: “How are we going to meet BABA requirements and keep moving?”

BABA compliance gets complicated fast when materials and certifications come from multiple suppliers.

A packaged system helps by engineering the pump station as one integrated unit—reducing risk, improving coordination, and simplifying documentation.

When budgets are tight, full station replacement isn’t always an option.

Romtec Utilities delivered a value-engineered lift station retrofit for the Federal Correctional Institute Milan in southeast Michigan, helping replace aging infrastructure without the cost or disruption of a complete rebuild.

The challenge: Limited budget
The solution: A custom pumping system engineered by Romtec Utilities

Two above-grade, skid-mounted lift station systems were designed and factory-tested before delivery, streamlining installation and reducing on-site complexity. Duplex Pioneer self-priming pumps efficiently handle wastewater flows while tying directly into the existing force mains.

By purchasing through Romtec Utilities’ GSA contract, the facility achieved significant savings across design, manufacturing, delivery, and installation.
