What a great week in Atlanta at .

From a busy booth and great conversations with customers and industry friends, to earning a Challengers Award and celebrating Jeremy’s 40 Under 40 recognition, the Con-Vey team had plenty to be proud of. We also enjoyed capping off the week with customers at the Atlanta Braves vs. Dodgers game last night co-hosted with 7robotics.

Big congratulations to our President, Jeremy Goebel, on being named to Woodworking Network’s Wood Industry 40 Under 40 Class of 2026! 🎉
 
Jeremy was recognized this week at the Woodworking Network Leadership Reception during IWF Atlanta, joining a group of professionals who are making an impact across the North American wood products industry.
 
Since joining Con-Vey in 2013 as a Sales Representative, Jeremy has grown through roles as Sales Manager and Vice President to now leading Con-Vey as President. Along the way, he’s helped turn customer challenges into practical solutions, and one of the best examples is our patented Edge-Damming System (which just won the Challengers Award at IWF!).
 
Jeremy spearheaded the patent process for the system, which has gone on to earn industry recognition and innovation awards, receive strong customer feedback, and become a repeat and resold solution. It’s a great example of the kind of thinking and customer-focused problem solving that continues to move our industry forward.
 
We’re proud to see Jeremy recognized for the impact he’s making - not only at Con-Vey, but across the wood products and manufacturing industry.

Con-Vey is one of them. 🏆

Our patented Edge-Damming System for Plywood Repair Lines has been named a 2026 IWF Challengers Distinguished Achievement Award winner.

The system was developed to solve a deceptively difficult problem: how to repair plywood panels after final trim (including defects that extend all the way to the panel edge) without interrupting production.

Using a custom edge-damming process and controlled inductive heating, the system contains and begins curing repair material in-line, helping reduce waste and manual rework while keeping panels moving through production.

The idea started with a customer challenge. What followed was a lot of testing, collaboration, failures, problem-solving and persistence... ultimately resulting in a patented solution that was selected as one of seven winning innovations from 84 entries.
That’s what makes this recognition especially meaningful to us.

Thank you to IWF Atlanta, the Challengers Award judges, RoyOMartin, Argos Solutions, and our team for helping us take on a challenge and build what hadn’t been built before.

What happens when a high-speed stacking system needs to fit within an existing footprint? You adapt the design without compromising performance.

This 4-bin slide-in stacking system is built to receive, stack, and discharge OSB panels at up to 30 panels per minute while continuously stacking during unit discharge.

That continuous accumulation keeps product moving and helps maximize throughput, even as completed units are transferred out of the stacker.

The system handles OSB panels in 8’, 10’, and 12’ lengths, with finished units up to 5,500 lbs.

A great example of engineering around real-world constraints: customizing the equipment to fit the space while keeping production moving.

Teardown doesn't get the spotlight, but it's one of the most important parts of what we do.

Every machine has to come apart cleanly after we test it, fit on a truck, and get to our customers' facilities safely.

That only happens when it's designed to break down right from the start. Designing for disassembly is how we hit timelines and keep installs on schedule.

This year, Con-Vey turned 80. The United States turns 250. We celebrated both with a company picnic at Big Bend Hideaway...

We ran trivia on Con-Vey history and US history, an egg relay race, face painting, and a raffle with prizes from our vendors and partners. Kathy Fellows-Standridge brought the food, and it went fast.

Great turnout, beautiful day. Thanks to everyone who came, and to the partners who donated raffle prizes.
