What does it take to balance speed and precision in pick-and-place automation?

In this application, a medical equipment manufacturer required a system that could transport delicate biological samples quickly, without compromising accuracy or control. The solution combined belt-driven MTB actuators in an XYZ gantry with a compact ML actuator for precise gripping, enabling fast, repeatable motion across a wide working area.

The result: a system designed to transport sensitive materials efficiently, while minimizing errors, noise, and product loss.
