Hearing rattling or buzzing from your AC?

That’s not just “normal noise.”

Those small sounds are often early warning signs — loose parts, debris stuck in the unit, or components starting to wear down. What’s minor now can turn into a much bigger (and more expensive) repair if ignored.

If your system suddenly sounds different, don’t brush it off.

Tuesday Tip:

Your outdoor AC unit needs space to breathe.

After a long winter and spring storms, leaves, dirt, and debris pile up fast. If your unit is surrounded or blocked, it can’t release heat properly — which makes it work harder and cool less efficiently.

Take a few minutes to clear at least 2 feet around it. Trim back plants, remove buildup, and make sure nothing is crowding it.

Better airflow = better performance, lower strain, and a longer life for your system.

Let it breathe so it can do its job.
