Tom’s favorite project has been working as part of the team designing a 90-foot lathe used to manufacture propeller shafts for ships. His role includes creating detailed drawings and determining the precise tolerances for the tailstock.

“It’s the biggest, single most intense project I’ve ever worked on,” he said.

What Tom loves most about working at All World is seeing his ideas move from a digital drawing into the real world.

“It’s really satisfying to know that something you designed can be cut out of metal and become a physical object. It’s really cool to take an idea that’s been in the back of your head and turn it into something you can see and touch.”

For more than 20 years, CNC Solutions has supported the SkillsUSA chapter in Watertown. SkillsUSA has been an important source of future talent for our team, and we’re proud to give back to a program that helps prepare students for careers in manufacturing.

It was a great day to support the next generation, connect with our local manufacturing community, and have some fun along the way.

Team All World is ready for the 2026 Stateline Family YMCA Corporate Cup!

We are signed up, and we’re looking forward to some friendly competition to support our local YMCA. From the basketball shoot and tug-of-war to painting and trivia, there’s something for everyone, and we can’t wait to be part of it.

We’re also coming in with a title to defend. Team All World has taken first place in our division for the past four years, and we’re ready to give it our best shot again while competing alongside some of the Stateline Area’s outstanding companies.
