Curious what it’s like to build a career at All World? Cristina’s story is a great example.

She joined All World as a CNC lathe operator and took the opportunity to learn new skills and move into a programmer role. Now, she enjoys the creativity that goes into bringing parts to life.

Outside of work, Cristina enjoys the activities All World hosts for employees and their families, the occasional food truck, and the friendships she’s made along the way.

We’re pleased to announce that CNC Solutions has officially transitioned to All World Automation, with a new name and logo to reflect its expanded offerings.

Since the acquisition in May 2025, CNC Solutions’ expertise in robotics integration and machine tending has joined All World’s established workholding and hydraulic power solutions.

Together, these capabilities give manufacturers access to a single turnkey supplier for automating workholding applications, helping to simplify sourcing and the move to 24-7 lights-out production.

Thank you to everyone who gave their time, supplies, and support to help our community this fall! ❤️

Laura delivered our annual school supply donations to Beloit Memorial High School and South Beloit Junior High on Tuesday.

We’re also grateful to everyone who donated blood to our blood drive with the Rock River Valley Blood Center on Sept. 25. Fifteen donations helped to save 45 lives!

Clow partnered with All World Automation to build a scalable automation strategy. What started as a single blanking automation project grew into a plant-wide system across blanking, stamping, and welding.

Chuck loves turning a raw piece of metal into something useful and built to last.

After a long career as a machinist, he still enjoys the challenge. It’s a career that has allowed him to provide a good life for his family, keep learning, and take pride in what he makes.

What keeps him at All World is the people. He works alongside coworkers who look out for one another and work as a team.

His advice to anyone considering a career as a machinist? Give it a shot. It’s a rewarding career filled with opportunity.

Friday was a great day at All World! Old Dominion Freight Line treated our team to a cookout with grilled burgers and brats for the entire staff.

We also hosted a blood drive with the Rock River Valley Blood Center. Thank you to everyone who donated and helped support a great cause. Successful donors even received a “Donate Like Dolly” T-shirt!

On Saturday, we sponsored the Stateline Family YMCA's Stone Bridge 1/2 Marathon & 5K. Max, Bob and Heidi, Tom, and Donna all pitched in to help.

Thanks to Old Dominion and the Rock River Valley Blood Center for helping make it a great day, and thanks to our amazing team of All World volunteers!
