Just wanted to share with you some parts that we made with .005+/- tolerances. As a comparison you can see the quarter compared to them for size. Had to take our gloves off for the little one. Both parts are made from .032 brass. The small one is just over 1" diameter and the height of 9/16" The "grande" is just over 3" diameter. Don't let their size fool you; it takes more to make these than much bigger parts. Bigger things to come.

Many times a breakdown tool is needed to maintain material thickness. Here is an example of 16 gauge cold roll steel as a tapered cylinder from 2 1/2" to 4" by 9" long maintaining thickness. What looks like one tool can take several tools to make a good part. Please put a like if you found this of interest.

Here is one of our nicer parts. Typically we spin smaller parts in copper. This is a 23" shade from 32 oz (.043") copper. The larger parts have much more logistics to consider. This is a 26", $100 blank which leaves 10" drop with 36" wide material. Handling through the clean blank preparation is difficult as well as packing/handling requirements after spun and moving around the factory. We bubble wrap and pad a large boxes for shipping and keep boxes under 50 lbs. These are expensive parts to process above and beyond material cost. We can make parts similar to this for you too. We do our tooling in house including stamping.

This is two of our finished goods designs handling all fabrication and finishing with powder coat and paint. We incorporated all our designs with spinnings, steel fabrication, plasma cutting, powder coat, assembly and wiring all done in-house.

We do mechanical and ornamental cnc plasma cutting in house. Sharing these cnc plasma cut roses we made. They were scaled up to 41 inches tall and made from 11 gauge hrs (1/8"). They look great scaled. They are going on custom iron gates being made at a local iron shop. Keep us in mind for your next project needing plasma cutting small or large volume.
