A school does not have a construction problem. It has a room problem.

This one arrives as a modular complex. Modules are built under a roof, trucked in, and joined on site into one continuous building, and the only evidence of that is the white seams in the vinyl. Heat and air in every bay off a full-length mini-split run. Recessed flat panels already in the ceiling and outlets down the walls. An ADA restroom inside the building, so nobody walks back to the main one. Rated doors and walls set where the school's plan puts them, designed with the school's own engineers so the functional and safety requirements are met in the drawing rather than worked around on site.

Riverhead Charter's building was delivered and installed in under a month.

Custom concession stands, built from containers, for an event venue under the Kosciuszko Bridge.

More than twenty units, matte black throughout, each one placed between the concrete columns. Roll-up serving windows, lockable storage, FRP walls, epoxy floors and counter-height power in every unit. The centrepiece is a full 40-foot container converted end to end into a bar.
