On Veterans Day, we honor the courage, service, and sacrifice of America’s Veterans.

At Wartech Engineering, our mission is clear: Support U.S. Warfighters. We believe this extends beyond active duty, to when these brave men and women come home. That's why we actively hire Veterans, to help them thrive in their next chapter. The mission mindset, discipline, and leadership forged in service are vital to the programs we deliver. We are proud to say that over 1/4 of our office and management team are Veterans, including US Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps.

To all the brave men and women who volunteered to put on a uniform to defend our freedom: thank you. To all of our partners and peers in the defense contracting industry: thank you for advancing capabilities that keep our nation secure. Today, we honor those who served and reaffirm our commitment to them.

Giving is about more than making a donation, it is about making a Difference.

serves as a reminder that small efforts can add up to have huge impacts. When we come together and support causes that mean the most to us, we strengthen our communities and build a better future. Every act of giving creates ripples of progress and positivity.

At Wartech Engineering, we believe in the power of community outreach. We are proud to continue our central mission of Supporting US Warfighters. We do this year round by supplying them with tools they need to complete their mission and return home safely, and actively contribute to causes that give them the help and support they need and deserve upon their return home.

This Giving Tuesday, we contributed to Disabled American Veterans, Wounded Warrior Project, and Veterans Health Administration (VHA) - U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to help those who sacrificed so much for our country. We welcome everyone who is willing and able to join us in contributing to these important organizations, or choose one that is important to you.

Thankful to serve those who served for us.

Team Wartech celebrated the Thanksgiving holiday season by showing gratitude for Veterans. Thank you to all staff and for company President Andrew Warner for joint the festivities. Talking with the Veterans was a fulfilling experience, and it is a priceless opportunity to connect with the men and women that put their lives on the line to protect our freedoms. If you are local, are willing and able, please take the time to visit with a Veteran and show appreciation for all they have done.

Honoring the commitment and sacrifice made by Veterans and their families.

Each November, we recognize the families of the brave men and women that dedicate their lives to protecting our freedoms. We owe each and every one of them, and their families, our gratitude and respect. While these heroes defend our freedoms, their loved ones are a continual source of strength and support, serving and contributing to our great nation in their own way.

To all of the spouses, parents, children, siblings, and relatives of our brave Veterans: Thank You for all that you do.

Our support continues beyond the battlefield, and we consciously strive to support our Veterans by getting them resources and help they deserve upon their return home. This was Team Wartech's first year at the First Step Annual Trunk or Treat, which gives families and survivors a safe place to celebrate the holiday. Thank you to everyone who took part in this fun event which benefited a great cause.

Communication is key for quality results.

Keeping an open feedback loop between all departments is of utmost importance for any manufacturing process, especially build to spec projects. Effective communication leads to more efficient production and higher standard of quality, increasing productivity and decreasing errors. One of Wartech's core principles is communication, because it helps us fulfill our primary mission to support our US Warfighters by delivering them products on time and that work every time.
