Checking hardness of Mains and Pins of a Crank Shaft. Interchangeable tooling to test different cranks. Manually operated, position guided by cam track and foot pedal actuated. Automatic versions with full servo control also available.

Just shipped! A four-posted press style, hydraulicly sealed, 20-sequential test, Grayson-LTS leak tester for a transmission valve body housing, passed with a 2% Gage R&R! Equipped with (2) Mite-E-Mark Model 78 CMT Columbia Marking Tools impact markers and a Keyence Corporation of America bar code reader for full traceability. Hydraulics by -Tech in Macomb, MI.

Grayson Industrial Test, LLC recently manufactured this Drive Shaft weld inspection machine for a high production supplier. This machine uses Ultrasonic technology to evaluate the weld pe*******on and quality while LASER sensor scans the welds evaluating size and shape. A rotary encoder is tracks position of the defects. Each defect is evaluated for length of defect, and quantity of defects (density) in a given segment length. All data is reported to a plant data gathering system.
