The clocks changed, the sun’s setting earlier, and that extra hour of sleep may already be a distant memory. 😴

It’s Drowsy Driving Prevention Week, so here’s your reminder to make sure you’re rested before you hit the road. If you catch yourself yawning or struggling to keep your eyes open, pull over somewhere safe, switch drivers, or take a quick nap.

Learn the signs, take sleep seriously, and have a game plan for when those lids turn heavy. Drive safe out there! 🚗

We were proud to host the launch of Montgomery County’s new Green Business Certification bus campaign! 🌱🚌

Fitzgerald Auto Malls is one of 33 businesses and nonprofits recognized through the county’s Green Business Certification Program, which honors organizations for environmentally responsible practices like waste reduction, energy efficiency, and sustainable landscaping.

For the next month, keep an eye out for Ride On buses across the county featuring the logos of recently certified businesses, including ours!

A big thank you to Bethesda Green and the Montgomery County DEP!

“Our customers and neighbors care about how businesses operate, and Green Business Certification is a clear way to show that we do too.” – Rob Smith

It’s Teen Driver Safety Week - October 18-24. 🚗 If there’s a new driver in your house, now’s a great time to have the talk about the rules of the road.

🔑 1. Phone down: No texting, scrolling, or calls. Set it to Do Not Disturb before you shift out of park.
🔑 2. Buckle up every trip. That means everyone in the car, front seat and back.
🔑 3. Obey the speed limit. Getting there 2 minutes faster isn’t worth it.
🔑 4. Limit passengers. More friends in the car means more distractions.
🔑 5. Drive sober, always. No alcohol, no drugs, no exceptions.

Set the rules together before they hit the road. Questions about teen-friendly safety features? Our team is here to help!
