Erik brings a deep background in quality, having entered the field in 1996, along with both a BS and AA in industrial engineering. His experience spans defense, aerospace, medical and commercial industries making him a strong addition to our growing team.

Outside of work, Erik enjoys spending time with his daughter and girlfriend, riding motorcycles, hiking, traveling and finding just about any excuse to be outside 🌳

An electrical engineer by trade, Ken earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Case Western Reserve University. This technical foundation has informed a distinguished 21-year career in leadership. Ken’s trajectory includes pivotal roles as director of sales for industry titans such as Parker Hannifin, Kohler Co. and Curtis Instruments where he led North American sales operations since 2015.

Having navigated the complexities of global markets, Ken possesses a “builder’s” perspective on the industry. His experience spans the entire product lifecycle from his early days as a design engineer and safety compliance project engineer to roles as project and product manager. This multifaceted background ensures our sales strategies are not only ambitious but rooted in engineering excellence and operational reality.

Ken’s commitment to excellence extends well beyond the boardroom. A resident of Delano, Minnesota, Ken serves as captain on the Delano Fire Department and is a Hazmat and Technical Rescue Specialist on the Wright County Special Response Unit. Ken is a leader who remains calm in the face of complexity and is driven by a fundamental desire to protect and improve his community.
