👀 Spotted in the wild!
On a recent drive past our neighbors at Meiborg Companies, we caught a Caldwell beam in action moving some pretty large pool liners. And just down the street from our manufacturing plant, too! 
 
Meiborg has several Caldwell beams working across their locations, and we’re always curious to see where our equipment turns up next.

The Caldwell Group Inc has hosted its sales network at the Beloit headquarters for a three-day summit focused on sharing knowledge, strengthening relationships and aligning the team around the company’s priorities for the year ahead. The 25-27 August event included Caldwell employees and manufacturing representatives from across its sales network, providing an opportunity to share experience, learn about the latest developments and discuss how the business can better support customers. A central objective was to encourage open conversations focused on products, training, knowledge, market direction and key initiatives in the many vertical markets the company serves.

Today is National Manufacturing Day! 🇺🇸 We’re recognizing the welders, fabricators, engineers, inspectors, and everyone behind the equipment that keeps industry moving.

We’re proud to have Alyssa on our welding team and even prouder to partner with Highland Community College to help students build careers in the trades while continuing their education.
 
Alyssa has put her skills to work both in the classroom and here at Caldwell, quickly growing from Welder 1 to Welder 2. Her story is a great example of what can happen when hard work, education, and industry work together to give students hands-on experience and a path into the trades.

When the project gets BIG, you bring in the big guns. 💪
 
We’re moving some large beams and had to call in a 15-ton Model BC to handle these lifts safely. One of the coolest parts of working in the lifting industry? We get to put our own equipment to work, too. So, when we say Renfroe clamps are durable … we’ve tested that theory!

Corporate Cup brought out our competitive side! 💪

We took on tug-o-war, billiards, bags, paint & sip, biking, golf, home run derby, and more. Rain delayed a few events, but when we could get out there, we showed up ready to show out.

And it wasn’t just our players giving their all. A big shoutout to all of the Caldwell team members who came out to cheer, support, and keep the energy going throughout the events. That’s what looks like.

Thanks to the Stateline Family YMCA for getting local teams together and making it happen, and to Ryan Davis Photography for capturing some great moments along the way.
