CNC LATHE - PROGRAM / SETUP / OPERATE

We have been steadily growing and are ready to hire a very highly skilled person for this lead position. This opening is centered around Haas 3 axis G code CNC Turning Centers. We are a job shop environment with an average run of 3 to 6 pieces. This person will be programming, setting up, and running jobs several times per week and sometimes several times daily.

This position is for a lead person that is looking for a career with a company they can retire from.

We have very little turnover and offer a great work environment with friendly employees that thrive on teamwork.

Responsibilities for this position:
At machine and CAD programming
Set-up jobs
Running of part
Detailed part inspection
Training
Possible forklift / crane usage
Machine maintenance
And other duties as assigned

Attention to detail ​
Good communication

After 11 1/2 months of waiting, the new forklift we ordered was finally delivered this morning! Just in the nick of time!

This is an entry level position that may start off part-time with varying hours (Monday - Friday) and end up full-time after training is complete. This person would be responsible for the entire shipping and receiving process, including warehousing, deliveries, some shop duties and multitasking to get the job done. A clean driving record is a must along with being able to lift up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities for this position:
Shipping (packing, delivery)
Receiving and warehousing
Detailed part inspection
Painting and cutting of material
Sandblasting
Laser engraving
Light production machine operation
Customer and vendor relations
Forklift experienced
And other duties as assigned
