Perform day-to-day tasks including entering invoices to be approved and dispersed. Check in materials and product. Pay and code all invoices properly in accounting software to maintain accurate balance sheet and P&L journal entries.

Create and send necessary invoices to Customers, recieve payments and follow-up as needed if payment is not received.
