If the black collars on your Ironman get moved, here’s how to get your entrance guides back to the factory setting.

On the entrance end, right/control side, measure from the outside of the entrance guide weldment to the inside edge of the ski assembly:
- 5" machines: 3-1/4"
- 6" machines: 2-1/8"
Then check it with a sample piece of coil — you want very little to no play.

Always clear your IronMan gutter machine after a run. Account for your machine length on your last cut to minimize waste, and don't store coil under pressure on the polyurethane drive rollers — especially in cooler temps, flat spots can form and shorten roller life.
