🔥 WHO DUMPS A CAR OUT HERE?!

This burned Honda was dumped in Scotts Bottom, south of Green River, Wyoming — and left sitting in the backcountry.

We went in and recovered it for the Forest Service at no charge. Just our way of doing our part to help keep Sweetwater County clean and beautiful. ♻️

🚨 Know of another dumped or abandoned vehicle in Sweetwater County?

Send us the location, pictures if you have them, and any information about getting to it. If we can get in there and recover it, we’ll work on getting it out.

We live here. We work here. We wheel here. Let’s take care of it.

The old 4L60E wasn’t going to cut it for what we have planned for Project Metis. 💪

So we stepped up to a built 4L65E with upgraded clutches, bands, seals and gaskets, plus a Shift Technology Products Super Servo — all sourced through Maxx Industries / AutoMaxx Parts.

We built this transmission to be considerably stronger than the original 4L60E, with a target of supporting around 800 HP.

Metis is getting closer, and now the transmission should be ready for whatever we decide to throw at it. 👀

Big thanks to Maxx Industries for helping us put together the parts for this build!

One stuck vehicle turned into a TWO-DAY recovery… and every step required something bigger.

Day 1: Tristan from SUV RVing was stuck. A 5-ton military truck went in to recover him — and ended up stuck too.

We brought in the Dodge wrecker and got Tristan out, but the 5-ton wasn’t going anywhere.

Day 2: Time to bring out the Nodwell 110.

What started as one stuck vehicle escalated into using a tracked Nodwell to rescue a 5-ton military truck that got stuck trying to rescue someone else.

Sometimes the recovery needs a recovery. 😂
