What if campus safety could do more than respond to threats — and instead help people feel secure, supported, and ready to perform at their best?

At EdSpaces 2026, IMEG Senior Security Consultant Ric Everett will join Jennifer McKeel and Kristen Ambrose of HKS for “Operating in the Grey: Campus Safety, De-escalation, and Technology.”

The session will explore layered approaches to safety across K-12, higher education, and healthcare, including passive design, intuitive planning, and scalable systems that support inclusivity and well-being while addressing evolving threats.

Rising above Park Avenue, 425 Park Avenue brings a modernist presence to the New York City skyline.

Illuminating Concepts, IMEG's Architectural Lighting Studio, provided interior, exterior, and façade lighting design, including the illuminated video displays integrated into the architectural fins atop the building. Our team also designed lighting for the upscale three-level restaurant and amenity spaces, helping create a distinctive experience from the lobby to the balcony level.

Leadership shows up in more places than the office.

As Client Executive for IMEG’s 54-person Michigan process industrial team, Garrett Gonzalo has helped deliver some of the team’s largest industrial projects while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Beyond IMEG, he invests in the next generation of leaders through the Engineering & Construction Community and Evans Scholars Foundation, and leads as chairman of the Livingston Christian Schools Board, while also coaching youth soccer and teaching Sunday school at his church.
