Holidays are about spending time with friends and family. Most of the time that works out. But in a few cases, we're in the field supporting a client through a key outage, and the crew becomes family instead. Traveling the country together, our team can spend more time with coworkers than they do at home. So the small things start to matter, the stuff that makes being away feel a little more like being home.
This Labor Day, our supervision team onsite for a client in VA wore matching shirts to mark the holiday together.
To every ARC team still on a job site today, thank you for being where you're needed.
