Critical component handling in nuclear facilities demands careful planning, specialized rigging, and personnel who understand the complexity of the work.

While onsite performing polar crane replacement activities, ARC Services had the opportunity to provide additional lifting and rigging support for a separate project involving a reactor coolant pump and motor. Our team brought the coordination, technical experience, and flexibility needed to support the lifting operation while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.

A little friendly competition for a great cause!

ARC Services team members recently participated in a co****le tournament supporting local charities in Catawba County. It was a great opportunity to come together, enjoy some friendly competition, and contribute to organizations making a difference in the lives of others.

Corporate Spotlight: Meet Stella Lipsey, Account Manager at ARC Services.

Since joining ARC in 2013, Stella has focused on business development and building strong customer relationships. Over the years, many of those relationships, both with customers and teammates, have grown into lasting friendships.

What she enjoys most is getting to know the people she works with, understanding what they need, and recognizing opportunities where ARC can help. She values bringing the right people together and staying involved as those conversations develop into projects.

She also has a deep appreciation for ARC’s field crews and the role they play in earning customer trust. As Stella puts it, “Our crews are the ones who deliver for our customers and give them a reason to call ARC again.”

That connection between customers, the ARC team, and the people delivering the work is a big part of the value Stella brings to every relationship.
