Another successful commercial build-out is complete! ✅

TLS Companies is proud to have finished this renovation for Mind Matters PLLC, creating a modern, functional space designed to support both patients and staff.

This project included:
🔹 Sound-insulated offices and therapy rooms for enhanced privacy
🔹 Custom metal stud framing and specialty wall assemblies
🔹 New doors, glazing, and custom interior finishes
🔹 Break room and reception build-out
🔹 Updated ceilings, flooring, and mechanical/electrical coordination throughout
🔹 A complete interior transformation from start to finish

We're putting the finishing touches on another exciting commercial project!

The new glass doors are installed at Seven Medicines in Rochester, MN, and the transformation is almost complete. These sleek, modern finishes are adding the perfect final touch to the space.

We're making great progress at Paradigm Dance Studio! 💃🔨

Our team has completed hanging the plywood on all of the accent walls and finished trimming them out, bringing this space one step closer to its final look.

We're excited to kick off another commercial renovation project! 🚧

This transformation at **Rochester Auto Care** is more than a remodel—it's a complete facility upgrade. Our team will be delivering new office spaces, storefront improvements, overhead doors, interior renovations, upgraded mechanical and electrical systems, site improvements, and enhanced parking and accessibility features.

From demolition to the finishing touches, we're proud to bring another vision to life and create a modern, functional space that will serve the Rochester community for years to come.

Yesterday, Todd and Melissa had the opportunity to join Darren and John from for a great day on the golf course. Thank you to Darren and John for the invitation and for supporting such a meaningful cause!

For the past 70 years, ABC has been empowering individuals with disabilities throughout Olmsted and Houston counties by providing person-centered services that promote community inclusion. From job training and independent living to recreation and volunteer opportunities, ABC helps individuals achieve their goals and live more independent, fulfilling lives.

It was a fantastic day of great company, networking, and giving back to an organization that makes a lasting impact in our community.

Coming soon to Haver Hills

A transformation unlike any other. 🔨☕🚿

This stunning spiral staircase was once a connection between two levels of the home. As part of this renovation, it's getting an entirely new purpose.

The main floor opening will become a beautiful custom coffee bar, while the lower level will be reimagined as a brand-new shower. It's amazing to see how creative design can breathe new life into an existing space.

Every project has its challenges, but it's transformations like this that remind us there's always a way to turn yesterday's design into tomorrow's favorite feature.
