We're excited to welcome Noe York, who joins our Sustainability/Commissioning group as a Co-op/CAD Operator!

Noe is currently studying at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and is an active member of Women in Engineering (WE), where she participates in STEM outreach programs for younger students. Noe is looking forward to expanding her technical knowledge and building meaningful relationships within the industry this summer.

Welcome, Emma Rosato!

Emma joins our Rochester office as an HVAC Co-op/CAD operator. She is working towards her Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Sustainable Design at Syracuse University.

Emma is a Rochester native and is very excited to be working at home this summer on projects in her community. Last summer she worked at the Industrial Training and Assessment Center at Syracuse University, a student-run organization where she completed energy audits for small to medium manufacturers across the Northeast. Notably, she worked on an organization analysis project which concluded that her team prevented over 20 tons of carbon from entering the atmosphere through their energy saving recommendations.

Welcome, Ethan Hudson!

Ethan is joining us as an Electrical Co-op/CAD Operator. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology at Alfred State College and has gained hands-on experience in electrical systems and building automation through internships, along with circuit analysis and laboratory work. He is interested in building systems and is excited to continue developing real-world engineering skills.

M/E proudly provided MEP services for the transformation of Innovation Square, a collaborative campus in downtown Rochester’s Innovation Zone, where students from multiple colleges and institutions can live, learn, and innovate under a central hub.

The transformation involved converting a 30-story former corporate tower into premium student housing and high-tech commercial spaces, connecting students with real-world opportunities.
