Our service personnel complete a variety of safety trainings and certifications, covering everything from OSHA compliance and equipment operation to site-specific and hazard awareness programs, all tailored to the skills and tasks performed at each of our service center locations. From new hire orientations to advanced certifications, our team is equipped to work safely and confidently every day. We also have a corporate safety committee with dedicated employee safety champions who help drive our safety culture from the inside out.

To further strengthen that commitment, we've partnered with American Compliance Systems (ACS) as an independent safety consultant. ACS periodically assesses all of our facilities and procedures, ensuring we're continuously improving our safety standards across every location.

Last week, the Siewert Equipment team had the pleasure of exhibiting at the New York Rural Water Association Annual Conference and it was a tremendous opportunity to connect with the water and wastewater professionals who keep our rural communities running every day.

It was great to meet so many dedicated operators, engineers, and industry partners under one roof. Conversations like these remind us why we do what we do, supporting the people and systems that deliver clean, reliable water to communities across New York.

Thank you to the New York Rural Water Association for organizing such a well-run event, and to everyone who stopped by our booth. We look forward to continuing these conversations and finding new ways to serve the rural water community.

This Memorial Day, we pause to reflect on the true meaning of this solemn holiday.

We are forever grateful to the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Their courage, dedication, and selflessness secured the freedoms we cherish every day. May we never take for granted the price that was paid.
