We're looking to add an experienced TIG Welder/Fabricator to our growing team in Holley, NY.

If you're passionate about motorsports, take pride in your craftsmanship, and enjoy building high-end performance parts, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:
• TIG welding stainless steel and titanium
• Fabricating premium performance exhaust systems and components
• Reading and working from jigs, fixtures, and measurements
• Maintaining the high quality and attention to detail Rae-Motorsports is known for

What We're Looking For:
✅ Experience with TIG welding (stainless required, titanium is a huge plus)
✅ Strong fabrication skills
✅ Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
✅ Pride in producing clean, high-quality work
✅ Automotive or motorsports experience is a bonus

Rae-Motorsports will be closed today as our team joins our owner and her family in celebrating the life of her grandmother.

This machine represents something BIG for Rae.
More manufacturing brought IN-HOUSE.
More control over our production.
More opportunities to innovate.

🚨 TITANIUM AIR BOX & PULLEY COVERS UPDATE 🚨

Alright... it's finally time for the update we've been waiting to share.

If you've been waiting on one of our titanium pulley covers or airboxes... Thank you. 💜

We know it's been a long road, and trust us, nobody has been more frustrated by these delays than we have.

The truth is...

We could've shipped these products months ago.

But none of them would have been Rae quality. That's simply not who we are.

Instead, we went back to the drawing board, refined our manufacturing process, tightened quality control, scrapped parts that weren't good enough, and even issued more refunds than we'd like to admit because we'd rather lose the sales than ship something we're not proud of.

Today...
🔥 We can finally say... we nailed it. Look at that high polish, and consistent anodization! 🤩

Our titanium pulley covers and airboxes are finally everything we envisioned: premium fit, finish, and craftsmanship worthy of the Rae name.

We're wrapping up the last customer orders now, and once they're complete, inventory will officially be added to our website.

As a thank you to everyone who stuck with us through the growing pains...

👩🏻‍🏭 Every customer waiting on an aluminum pulley cover will be upgraded to titanium, free of charge.

We've got some BIG news...

After months of planning, we officially welcomed an Addison McKee DB89 CNC Mandrel Bender to the Rae-Motorsports shop! 🦾🇺🇸

To make sure we're getting the absolute most out of this investment, our team is spending the rest of the week in hands-on training. That's why the shop is temporarily closed for the rest of the week, but trust us, it'll be worth it.

So... what does this mean?
☑️ We can now mandrel bend up to 3.5" stainless steel in-house.
☑️ Bent titanium exhaust systems are officially coming to Rae inventory.
☑️ We're launching an all-new line of 3.5" Single Exit Catback Exhausts for the 2022+ Subaru WRX (VB) and Nissan Z platforms, available in both Stainless Steel and Titanium.

But that's just the beginning...
