Because these parts are produced in batches, a small number of items may have minor cosmetic blemishes. The housings have some light surface scratches, but the LED pods are brand new and everything is fully functional.

Color matching matters.

We’ve been working with our filament supplier to develop better OEM-style colors for GMC Tan and GMC Gray interiors. After a lot of testing, we think these are getting very close.

We’re also ordering larger batches of custom filament to bring our material cost down — and we’ll pass that savings on with a price adjustment downward in the next couple of weeks.

And if this works out well, we’re also considering launching our own filament brand in the future — developed from the same real-world needs behind Ben3DBuild and BenOptix.

Between daily questions, orders, fitment discussions, and customer updates, our message history gets pretty busy. A lot of people have suggested that we build a website to make ordering easier — and we probably will someday — but honestly, we really enjoy communicating with customers directly.

Yes, it creates a lot more work for us. But those direct conversations are how we truly understand what people need, how the products are being used, and what we should design next. That connection with the community is what keeps giving us new ideas and motivation.
