Lighthouse Marine Supply is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Sales Counter / Parts Associate to join our team. This role involves assisting customers in-store, over the phone, and via email with marine engine parts and accessories. You’ll play an important part in delivering excellent service while supporting daily store operations.

What You’ll Do:
• Assist customers with parts identification and sales
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on marine engines, parts, and accessories
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Answer questions about product availability, compatibility, and pricing
• Maintain organized shelves, inventory, and showroom areas
• Support daily store operations and collaborate with team members

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable assisting customers in-person, by phone, and via email
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
• Basic computer knowledge (Windows)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Marine or automotive parts experience is a plus (Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki, Volvo Penta, etc.)
