Snow is coming sooner then it may seem. Contractors, what are you doing different to prepare for this year?

Parking lot addition we wrapped up today. Linehan Outdoor Services performed all excavating, grading, and restoration. Our sister company All Concrete Raising completed all sidewalk and curb work. AMP came in at the end to pave the new parking lot. Thank you Lift Bridge Builders and First State Bank & Trust for trusting us with this project.

Garage addition site work has been completed. A lot of different elevation changes made this one tricky to get water away from the new build.

49 days until contracts are a go

One of our hoa’s we service year round was tired of trying to maintain this large landscape bed. We presented a few different options and they ended up deciding to have us completely remove the rock (32 tons) and install fresh top soil and seed so we will be able to maintain the area once the grass comes in. Nice Friday job the guys knocked out to enjoy the weekend.
