We are looking for a full-time, journeyperson level, self-motivated craftsperson with a “Can Do” attitude to join our fabrication team.

Job Responsibilities:
TIG & MIG welding
Sheet metal fabrication; ability to read blue prints a plus
Familiarity with fabrication tools and equipment
Ability to read measuring tools

Abilities:
Good communication skills
Work with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills/team player
Must be able to work 40+ hours a week
Must be able to work under deadlines
Lift 50 lbs.

Education:
High school graduate/GED
Trade school

Employment Requirements:
Complete on-site welding test

Today marks a special milestone for Kamper Fabrication, Inc. On this day in 1987, we received our first job order, a shell auger line for a nut packing company in Hughson, California. We are thankful for our dedicated, talented, loyal and hard-working employees who have given our company an excellent reputation worldwide. We are also thankful for our customers, near and far, who have helped us keep our company going strong for 30 years!
