Our climate-controlled facility stays at a consistent temperature year-round, providing a more comfortable work environment for our team while helping ensure the accuracy and consistency required for the high-precision components we manufacture.

Ripley Machine is hiring!

We are looking for someone to join our team in an entry-level position with real opportunity for growth. This role will start with general shop responsibilities including forklift operation, basic machine maintenance, facility upkeep, and supporting production. Over time, the right person will be trained on CNC equipment and given the chance to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

Our hope for this position is that it is an opportunity to turn into a life-long career!
