Ripley Machine is hiring!
We are looking for someone to join our team in an entry-level position with real opportunity for growth. This role will start with general shop responsibilities including forklift operation, basic machine maintenance, facility upkeep, and supporting production. Over time, the right person will be trained on CNC equipment and given the chance to build a long-term career in manufacturing.
