Job Responsibilities:

Provide professional and confident communication with clients and contractors via phone and email.
Prepare transmittal letters and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Coordinate and schedule appointments for personnel, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up.
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Previous administrative experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
