erall engineering services. Additionally, forensic engineering
and inspections are provided for insurance companies, property owners, builders,
and mortgage companies. Our experience includes relationships between a client
and attorney; expert witness testimony during litigation over negligent
construction practices, professional incompetence and deficient design. We can manage any electrical, HVAC or architectural design demands either in
house or, if the job scope demands, with our professional associates. We strive to
be very responsive to our clients, provide accurate and cost effective design, and
accomplish the job demands in a timely fashion.
