That was loud. Not a common break but here we were. and Twin Peaks ohv park were not kind to this steering box. Luckily the Quigley van had a spare stock box that fit to get us off the trail and the amazing people from PSC got us an assist box that evening so we had it 100% ready before the day was done. Can't thank PSC enough for a box that gave it's all to start with and another one to keep our trip going when we needed it most. Bigger parts inbound after this trip.

Haven't started yet and is going great. Already camped out on a trailer deck, toured a bunch of cool old trucks and found a bunch of cool old truck trail rigs.
And did great on the drive from Colorado. We're ready to camp, wheel and spend a great week with new and old friends. This is why we do what we do.

Things started to get s little western when it tried to pivot on the frame rail. It felt like much more than it looks liked in the video. This was all the low gears (both Magnum and 205) but second in the 4L80. I like to have some wheel speed available on step decents. I also left the rear locker off so it might hold lateral traction a little better. It appears that it all worked.

Things got a little wet and slick on the trail today but Wanda the 2500 found the right gear.
