We are SO excited for our friends over in Mt Victory!

🐄 So… this happened today.

We passed our Health Department inspection. ✅

After all the planning, building, equipment, paperwork, plumbing, waiting, fixing, adjusting—and maybe just a little stubbornness—Bossy Heifer Coffee Company is officially cleared to start serving coffee.

And that means...

Thursday morning at 7:00 AM, it gets real. ☕🐄

The grinder is loaded.
The beans are ready.
The espresso machine is ready.

And we're finally ready to pour some coffee.

We are starting out with a very limited menu, so bear with us while we get our feet under us, learn what you like, and get everything dialed in. We'll be adding more as we go.

Our starting hours will be:

Tuesday–Saturday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

So come see us Thursday morning. Grab a cup, say hello, and be part of the very beginning of Bossy Heifer Coffee Company.
