Yesterday, six members of our team had the chance to visit the Amada America facility in High Point, North Carolina, and what an incredible experience it was!

Representing Fifer were:

• Andrew – Amada Press Brake Operator
• Landon – Amada Laser-Punch Combination Machine Operator
• Walter – Shop Floor Manager
• Miles – Amada Software Programmer
• Jacob Fifer – Next generation of Fifer Sheet Metal
• Jason Fifer – Company President

The knowledge and training we received were incredible, but what meant the most to me was seeing our team grow together. This trip wasn't just about learning more about Amada equipment and software—it was about building a stronger Fifer Sheet Metal team.

When you're traveling together, learning together, and spending time together outside of work, you get to know each other better. You learn how to communicate, trust one another, and have each other's backs. That's how great teams are built.

At the end of the day, we're all in this race together. The success of Fifer Sheet Metal depends on all of us working toward the same goal, helping each other, and each of us holding up our portion of the rope. We aren't just coworkers—we're building a Fifer Sheet Metal brotherhood.

I couldn't be prouder of these guys for taking advantage of every minute they had with the Amada team. They asked a lot of questions tailored to the work we do at FSM, what a great OPPORTUNITY!

Thank you to AMADA AMERICA, INC. for the spectacular hospitality, knowledge, and support! You have an awesome team of people, and your company should be proud of them. My guys learned a lot, but what stood out to me most was how willing everyone was to spend time with us and answer questions. We appreciate it more than you know.

I'm honored of where FSM is today, and I'm beyond excited to see where this team takes us next!

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY WEEKEND!!!!!!!

To all of the dads at FSM— Thank you for everything you do, both in this shop and at home.

Every day you show up, work hard, solve problems, meet deadlines, and help make this company what it is. But your most important job starts when you leave here.

The lessons you teach, the sacrifices you make, and the example you set for your children matter more than any part we build here at FSM.

As we celebrate Father's Day, we're also extremely thankful for the example set by our FSM President, Jason Fifer. He strives to carry on the legacy of his father, James Fifer, while raising his own family and leading this company—a responsibility that is no small task. His commitment to his family, his employees, and the values that built FSM is something we deeply appreciate.

FSM is grateful for his leadership, his character, and the example he sets for all of us. He is more than a great boss—he is a great man, a great father, and a role-model to many!

Jason, thank you for everything you do. We are truly blessed to have you in our lives.

A logo is just a logo until you know the story behind it. And a business is just a business until you understand the people who gave everything to make it all possible.

The logo on the left was created years ago by James Fifer. The logo on the right is our tribute to the legacy he left us behind.

Most people see just a company name.

What they don't see are the years of sacrifice that built this company. The risks that were taken when success wasn't guaranteed. The long days that turned into late nights. The pressure of making payroll, keeping customers happy, and also providing for a family. The long days, the sleepless nights, and the determination to keep moving forward even when the road ahead wasn't easy. Those are the things that built Fifer Sheet Metal.

Fifer Sheet Metal wasn't built overnight, and it wasn't built without sacrifice. It was built by a man who believed in hard work, took pride in his craft, and dedicated himself to creating something beautiful, that would outlive him.

Today, we have the privilege of carrying that work forward.

This specific logo isn't meant to replace the original. It's meant to honor the man who started it all and the foundation he worked so hard to build for us!

Some will see just an old logo and a new logo. We see a family legacy. We see the determination and selflessness of James Fifer❤️ Thank you could never be enough!
