Leadership Update from the Sweeper & Safety Group

We are pleased to share an important leadership update within our Sweeper & Safety Group.

Effective March 2, Britt Calloway has been appointed General Manager of ODB/Nitehawk. As part of this transition, the ODB and Nitehawk brands have been combined into a single operating company P&L, with production consolidated in Richmond, Virginia. This move strengthens operational alignment and positions the organization for continued growth across both product lines.

Britt joined Alamo Group in 2019 as Director of Engineering & Sales for ODB. During his tenure, he developed a multi-year product roadmap that now represents more than 40% of revenue from recently launched platforms. His leadership has also extended to Dealer Council and Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives, helping strengthen dealer engagement, customer alignment, and market responsiveness.

Working closely with Tim Stumph, group leadership, and Alamo corporate teams, Britt has helped improve operating cadence, forecasting discipline, and cross-functional ex*****on across the organization. These efforts have contributed to five consecutive years of double-digit revenue growth for ODB, along with strong incremental operating income performance.

Britt’s technical depth, operational leadership, commercial insight, financial discipline, and commitment to developing people position ODB/Nitehawk well for the next phase of growth.

This appointment reflects our continued commitment to developing internal talent and building a strong, scalable leadership bench across the Sweeper & Safety Group.

Please join us in congratulating Britt Calloway on his appointment and supporting him in this new role.

We’d like to share an important leadership update at Old Dominion Brush Company.

After six impactful years leading ODB, Tim Stumph has accepted a new role as President of Petersen Industries, effective January 26, 2026. During his time at ODB, Tim helped more than double revenue, expand our portfolio through the ARM acquisition, launch new products, and further strengthen our partnerships with dealers and municipalities nationwide.

As ODB moves forward, Britt Calloway, our Director of Engineering and Sales, will step into the role of Interim General Manager, providing continuity and strong leadership as we prepare for the next chapter.

We sincerely thank Tim for his leadership and dedication, and we’re confident in the strong future ahead for ODB.

Tennessee is stepping up its fight against litter with a creative new initiative: the TDOT “Nobody Trashes Tennessee” campaign has launched a special Scout patch to engage youth in environmental stewardship. This effort coincides with the state’s “No Trash November” push, encouraging communities to take part in organized cleanups. Programs like these highlight the importance of early education in keeping our roadsides and public spaces clean.

At Old Dominion Brush Company, we know that community involvement is only part of the solution—efficient debris collection equipment like ODB leaf vacuums and debris collectors are essential to keeping streets clear and safe. As Tennessee communities like Kingston and others gear up for cleanup events, we’re proud to support the tools that make a lasting difference.
