Paragon Machine Works was founded in 1983 in Marin County, California, by owner Mark Norstad, in the basement of his parent's house with one manually operated lathe and mill. It has since grown into a thriving machine shop, occupying a 6,000 square foot building in Richmond, California, and employing seven full-time and three part-time employees. Paragon Machine Works manufactures and stocks the l

argest variety of titanium bicycle frame building components in the world. We are a leader in bicycle frame building technology, constantly innovating and providing new products to meet the demand of bike builders. So funny story, Coco was making this reel demonstrating how our heat sinks are used. The center of heat sink worked as designed and expanded within the BB2040. After making this reel, Coco needed to compress the expansion. She used zip ties to ease the brass center out. Luckily both part separated without damage! Whew!
