A message from Alliance's Owner & Co-founder, Jim Burnette on his retirement.

It is difficult, if not impossible to sum up Jim’s impact throughout the last 33 years. Since Alliance's inception in 1989 he has been a steadfast and vital force, dedicated to the growth and success of our organization and the manufacturing industry as a whole. Jim’s leadership has ingrained in us all the importance of building meaningful relationships, working with integrity, and one underlying principle: Say what you’ll do. Do what you say.

His hard work, commitment, and dedication are worthy of admiration and although he will be greatly missed we will continue to strive to live up to his example.

On behalf of everyone at Alliance, we would like to wish Jim the best of luck and thank him for his 33 years of exceptional leadership!

Today we're putting the spotlight on Toren Miller. Toren has more than 40 years of experience in , focused on complex and projects. He loves the diversity of ; even after four decades, he encounters new and different challenges every day. When he's not designing and implementing the best solutions for our clients, you can find him lifting weights (a hobby he's enjoyed for more than 30 years), watching sports, or spending time with his wife, seven children, and (soon to be) 6 grandchildren!

Today Alliance celebrates 33 years! In 1989 Alliance was formed - over countless cups of coffee - to meet the engineering, construction management and program management needs of the manufacturing industry. Thank you all for the privilege of working together throughout the years, it has been our honor to serve our clients in an industry we care deeply about. There have been some big and exciting changes for Alliance as we continue our acquisition into Merrick & Company and we look forward to your partnership for many more years to come!
