Not everything that leaves this building is duct.

We run CNC and structural work out of the same shop in Richmond Hill. If the part is flat, if it is metal, and if it comes with a drawing, it is worth asking us about.

DXF, a PDF, or a dimensioned sketch somebody drew on the back of a submittal. Any of those work. We will tell you what it costs and when you can have it.

Most of the guys who order duct from us have never asked what else the shop can cut. Ask.

Same school, from the parking lot.

That straight dark red line running the whole length of the roof is our fascia and edge metal on the new Midway Middle School in Liberty County. Fabricated in Richmond Hill, installed by RPI Roofing.

It is the first thing you see walking up to the building, and it will still be the first thing you see in twenty years. We are glad it is ours.

That white line at the top of the wall is the whole package.

Coping, parapet cap, and the box gutter behind it on the new Midway Middle School in Liberty County, with the outlets cut into the face. All of it fabricated in Richmond Hill and installed by RPI Roofing.

The gutter is our ANSI/SPRI GT-1 tested aluminum box gutter system, tested independently by National ES Testing Service.

If you are pricing a commercial roof, you can get the coping, the cap, the gutter and the edge metal off one ticket from one shop instead of chasing three suppliers.

Most people know us for one thing. Usually whatever they happened to order first.

Roofers call us for coping, parapet cap, edge metal and gutters.
HVAC contractors call us for spiral, rectangular and round duct, plenums and transitions.
GCs call us for column covers, sunshades and wall panels.
Builders call us for roof curbs, flashing and whatever is on the drawing that nobody stocks.

Same shop. Same building in Richmond Hill. Same 24 to 72 hours.

If you have only ever ordered one thing off that list, ask us about the rest of it. There is a decent chance the part you have been buying somewhere else is already coming off our floor for somebody down the road.

Spiral is not only a warehouse product.

That is a galvanized trunk line hung off the joists in a wood framed building, capped and set while the framing is still open. Ours, out of Richmond Hill.

Exposed duct only works if the pipe is worth looking at, which is most of the reason people call us instead of pulling flex off a shelf. 6 inch through 30 inch, fittings cut to the layout on your drawing.

If you have something coming up where the ceiling is going to show, call before the framing closes in. It is a lot easier to build it right than to fix it in the air.

Send it Monday. Most of the time it is on our truck by Wednesday.

Standard turnaround here is 24 to 72 hours. That is not a rush charge and it is not a favor we are doing you. It is the normal schedule for a shop in Richmond Hill instead of a plant three states away.

October is when everybody is trying to get closed in before the holidays start eating the calendar. If you know what you need in November, put it on our schedule now and stop planning around somebody else's lead time.

There is metal from our shop in buildings all over the southeast, and most of it disappears the day the ceiling goes in.

Duct, flashing, coping, edge metal, panels, and one off parts. All of it made in Richmond Hill.

If you have something coming up, call early. It is easier to build it right the first time than to work around it on site.

Send us the ugly one.

The transition that has to land on two different angles. The flashing that dies into a wall nobody detailed. The one piece on the whole job that everybody keeps walking past because it is going to take an hour just to figure out.

That is the part we want. It is the reason a shop exists.

A photo of a sketch on the back of a receipt is fine. Dimensions matter, handwriting does not.

Round gets the pictures. Rectangular gets the building.

Spiral is the right answer when you have the room and you want the pressure drop low. But the plenum off the air handler, the drop through a chase, the run above a hard ceiling with four inches to work in, that is rectangular, and it is either built to your dimensions or it is not going in.

We fab both, same shop, same order.

Nobody has ever called us because the duct showed up too early.

This is galvanized spiral, 6 inch through 30 inch, sitting on the slab before the ceiling grid went in. It got there because somebody released it while the drawings were still fresh instead of the week the crew needed to hang it.

Standard turnaround is 24 to 72 hours. That is fast, but it is not a substitute for calling early on a big run.
