Please join us in congratulating Nate Roop on his much-deserved promotion to Director at TBA!

Nate started at TBA in 2005 as a Structural Design Engineer, making for an impressive 21-year tenure with the company to date. Through a lot of hard work, dedication, and endless commitment, Nate had worked his way through the ranks to Associate and now wears the title of Director in TBA’s upper management. His strong leadership and client skills in the retail market has Nate working on some of our largest projects and managing some of our most successful programs. In addition to all that, Nate still finds the time to be heavily involved with management and help mentor our younger staff, which contributes tremendously to our proud culture at TBA. We are excited to have Nate join our talented group of Directors!

Volunteers Make a Difference!

Thorson • Baker + Associates employees and RHP staff spent an afternoon removing invasive plants at the park. Their hard work, teamwork, and dedication have made a positive impact on the park's habitat restoration efforts. This effort is part of Thorson-Baker's community service initiative, and we sincerely appreciate everyone who volunteered their time and energy to support this project.

Year 8 of Transporting Ducklings to Our Pond from out Courtyard! 🦆

This year, we successfully reunited the mother duck with all 12 of her ducklings!

This annual event reminds us of the simple joys of nature. We look forward to many more years of welcoming ducklings in our courtyard, embracing the happiness they bring to our little corner of the world.
